Am inceput cu problemele mecanice, respectiv am inlocuit rulmentii de pe puntea fata. La o roata rulmentul era dus asa ca am schimbat rulmentul la ambele roti, preventiv. Se poate ca suspensia, drumurile rele, camber-ul mare, distantiere sa isi fii spus cuvantul (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .
Mai jos aveti o poza cu rulmentul nou.

Cum se manifesta rulmentul defect?
De vreo doua zile am inceput sa am si eu un huruit si o vibratie discreta dinspre roata din dreapta fata. Suna cam ca si cand as avea pana.

Si eu am schimbat rulmentii la Ford si la Audi, cum ai descris tu se aud dar mai tare cand de exemplu virezi spre stanga (atunci e rulmentul din dreapta) si tace cand virezi dreapta.

Nu stiu cum sa explic mai bine acum.

Oricum dupa ce e pe duca incepe sa faca din ce in ce mai urat.

Sunt mai multe simtome:
1. roata joaca (interior - exterior). Asa am patit pe fata. Nu era nici un sunet. La vulcanizare mi-a aratat tipul care mi-a montat roata ca este un mic joc (nu era chiar mic, era mai mult de 1 cm)
2. huruie roata. Asa am patit pe spate.

Practic ca sa testezi daca rulmentul e dus trebuie sa ridici masina si sa invarti rotile. Daca huruie sau au joc sunt, in general, de vina rulmentii.

Joc nu am observat. Trebuie sa ajung sa o ridic. Culmea e ca am facut acum 3 saptamani ITP-ul si a iesit bine.
Huruie insa tot mai tare si se simte si o vibratie discreta. Parca si miroase a incins, a ars dar nu sunt sigur ca e de la roata sau e din aerul imputit de Bucuresti.

Pai la ITP nu prea ii intereseaza de rulmenti si articulatii, mai ales ca nu iti ridica masina pe elevator.
Eu i-am zis din start celui care mi-a facut ITP-ul ca nu ii las sa imi demonteze admisia stock pentru a verifica seria de la motor (lucru esential pentru care nici nu treci ITP-ul) si nici macar nu s-a mai sinchisit sa o caute. Cu cealalta masina, imediat dupa schimbarea discurilor si placutelor, s-a dus sa faca testul de frana pe bancul de probe al ITP din service-ul lor, si a inceput sa traga frana de mana din ce in ce mai tare, pana a iesit testul bine. Era de asteptat, la niste frane de abia schimbate, dar motto-ul lor este "Banul sa curga, prostii sa se duca!"

Scuze pentru off-topic. Pe scurt, vroiam sa iti spun ca trebuie sa te duci special sa iti verifici masina, daca nu ai timp si resurse (=prieteni mecanici) care sa iti fie de ajutor in rezolvarea problemelor.

Momentan imi cumpar casa si nu am nici un ban pentru masina. Cel mai probabil frin februarie o sa termin cu cheltuielile casei si pot sa vad ce imi ramane sa bag si in masina.
Pot sa stau atat fara sa schimb rulmentul? Sau risc sa stric si alt ceva? Nu am in plan calatorii. Merg numai in Bucuresti, probabil ca pana atunci nu voi face mai mult de 1500 km.

Inca o intrebare, odata cu rulmentul mai trebuie schimbat ceva? Gen senzor ABS, suruburi etc.
