"...va reprezenta" este de fapt la timpul trecut intrucat evenimentul a avut loc in 2008. M-am decis sa pun totusi acest topic si aici pentru a prezenta etapele constructiei unei masini pentru competitii SQ de la 0. Iata ce a iesit :

Jan 8 2008 >

EMMA European Supercup reprezinta o lupta directa intre 5 natiuni alese de catre sponsori in cadrul finalei europene de car-audio de la Herning/Danemarca de anul trecut ! Tarile alese de sponsori sunt :

1. Anglia
2. Franta
3. Germania
4. Cehia (initial era Ucraina dar ei nu au putut strange echipa si au fost descalificati)
5. Romania

Competitia directa va avea loc in cadrul show-ului automobilistic ce va avea loc in aprilie la Sinsheim/Germania. Toate cele 5 echipe au primit aceleasi echipamente cu care vor trebui sa puna la punct o masina la cel mai inalt nivel sonor si estetic. Jurizarea se va face la cea mai inalta categorie a EMMA si anume Expert Unlimited iar castigatorii vor primi 5000E. De asemenea toate cele 5 tari participante vor pastra sculele primite ! Team Romania se compune din :

Ionut Mocioiu (international head judge, Drobeta Turnu Severin)
Popa Calin (international head judge, Cluj-napoca)
Radu Cheveresan (national judge, Oradea)
Marian Gadau (national judge, Ramnicu-Valcea)
Gavrila Lucian (Bucuresti), adica eu (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

MASINA :

Anul trecut am mers la SIAB joi, in ziua presei special pentru a putea studia foarte atent masinile de acolo. Din fericire si eu si Marian am fost de acord instantaneu asupra masinii. Practic nu am vazut pana acum o masina cu atat potential si cred ca avem un avantaj considerabil in fata celorlalti din acest punct de vedere. Masina este un Citroen C4 Picasso si a fost deja achizitionata. Primul episod despre constructia masinii a aparut deja in ultimul numar COX (nr. 15) iar detaliile vor continua si in numerele viitoare. In acest prim numar a fost de fapt facuta o introducere a ceea ce va fi EMMA European Supercup si vor fi aparitii si in alte reviste si emisiuni televizate.

COMPONENTELE SISTEMULUI :

Head Unit : Alpine F1 status DVI-9990R > una dintre cele mai performante unitati din lume la ora actuala
Procesor : Alpine F1 status PXI-H990 > cel mai performant procesor din lume
Amplificatoare : Audison Lrx 5.1K (5 canale) si 2.4 (2 canale) > asteptam sa primim ceva din seria Vrx pentru a fi la inaltimea celorlalte dar asta a fost decizia celor de la Audison
Difuzoare : Focal Utopia Be No.7 > unele dintre cele mai performante difuzoare din lume. Kitul contine Subwooferul 21KW, un subwoofer de numai 21cm, mid-bassul 6W3 de 16.5cm, media 3W2 de 8cm si tweeterul de beryllium Utopia si filtrul pasiv special conceput pentru ele
Cabluri, antifon.... : Aiv

Valoarea totala a componentelor depaseste 10.000E si va fi, sper eu, regasita in performanta sonica !Voi incarca acum ceva poze urmand sa completez cu detalii pe masura ce masina va fi construita !

STADIUL LUCRARILOR CELORLALTE 4 TARI PARTICIPANTE :

Franta > Renault Clio > sunt cei mai avansati (au inceput deja sa lucreze portierele, incinta subwooferului si rack-ul amplificatoarelor
Anglia > Peugeot 206 > n-au facut mare lucru sau cel putin n-au comunicat ce au facut
Germania > Mini Cooper > masina e demontata si se lucreaza la antifonare
Cehia > Ford Galaxy > se demonteaza in acest moment

PREMISE CE AU STAT LA BAZA ALEGERII MASINII :

Este vorba de spatialitatea scenei si anumite caracteristici ale masinii de fata cum ar fi :

1) schimbatorul de viteze este la volan ca si frana de mana iar spatiul dintre scaunele din fata este gol ceea ce permite crearea incintei subwooferului chiar acolo (acustic ideal) si in plus putem face o incinta foarte mare de peste 50L daca este nevoie
2) bordul are 2 torpedouri chiar pe bord in care vor fi create exact incintele mid-basilor si a mediilor > practic va fi prima masina din Romania care va avea toate difuzoarele pe bord iar asta inseamna coerenta a scenei sonore si posibilitatea crearii unei incinte foarte rigide asa cum in usa nu se poate face
3) diferenta foarte mica intre distantele stanga-ureche si dreapta-ureche ceea ce va influenta pozitiv coerentele fazelor si va cere mai putina procesare digitala

PS : la limita ma gandesc chiar la amplasarea subwooferului tot pe centrul bordului facand-ui un tunel prin care sa comunice cu incinta dintre scaunele fata dar voi decide asta dupa ce vom da bordul masinii jos

Difuzoarele sunt puse in sfarsit la rodat

Feb 12 2008 >

Weekendul ce a trecut ne-am apucat in sfarsit de treaba. In total aproximativ 10 oameni au lucrat sambata de la 12.00 pana la 4 dimineata si duminica de la 12 la 8 seara. Progresele facute mi-au depasit asteptarile. Masina a fost complet dezbracata(bord, toate panourile, scaune, mocheta, plafon), s-a antifonat plafonul si jumatate din podea, s-au facut ramele pentru incintele de mid-bass in bord, s-a taiat bordul, s-a scos bateria si s-a inceput refacerea completa a sistemului electric. Cele mai mari batai de cap ni le-a dat bordul, Citroen utilizand nituri pentru prinderea bordului si nu suruburi. Astfel am fost nevoiti sa rupem toate niturile si vom modifica solutia de prindere a bordului. De asemenea tabla de Citroen este foarte subtire comparativ cu ce am vazut la masinile VAG si necesita antifonare serioasa !

Feb 18 2008 >

Update de weekendul asta > S-a continuat cu antifonarea celor 4 portiere, cablarea sistemului electric, inclusiv refacerea traseelor originale ale masinii (alternator > baterie ), s-au turnat fundurile incintelor din bord dupa o reteta home made care sper eu sa fie si eficienta (sandwich din fibra de sticla si material bituminos) si s-a imbracat "caciula" bordului (cea care gazduieste ceasurile) in Alcantara gri sobolan !

Weekendul acesta s-au definitivat fundurile incintelor din bord (In final au 2 straturi de fibra de sticla si 2 de material bituminos in sandwich. Greutatea lor este de aproximativ 7Kg pentru fiecare). S-a detasat rama consolei centrale in zona CD-playerului stock si a fost pregatita pentru modificare in vederea gazduirii noului CD-player. S-au executat coastele de rigidizare din MDF care vor da si forma bordului iar inelul ce va sustine duifuzorului a fost realizat custom din otel masiv. Dupa aplicarea grundului pe inel s-a inceput intinderea panzei speciale ce va da forma bordului.

S-a terminat antifonarea portierelor, s-a continuat cu finisarea partii superioare a bordului. Pentru aceasta s-a aplicat fibra de sticla in combinatie cu o rasina speciala amestecata cu praf de marmura (reteta casei (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ) si apoi s-a trecut la finisarea cu kit special pentru forma finala a bordului. S-a inceput de asemenea si partea din fata a consolei centrale si anume cea care va constitui incinta subwooferului. Cablajele vor fi trase printr-un tunel special realizat pe sub incinta (cele 2 canale realizate in material folosit la tamplariile pvc (2 foi PVC cu polistiren extrudat intre ele).

Bordul este in sfarsit pregatit pentru imbracat in alcantara. S-au construit si incintele pentru medii si s-au imbracat in alcantara plafonul si o parte din stalpii laterali. S-a continuat lucrul la consola, definitivandu-se incinta subwooferului si amplasarea amplificatoarelor si acumulatorilor in partea din spate. S-a lucrat in paralel si la Info desk unde s-au decupat numele sponsorilor, tema proiectului, fereastra si usa de vizitare !

Butoiul va fi un fel de info-desk. Vor fi spanzurate ceva ecrane LCD de el, pe care vor rula reclamele sponsorilor si constructia masinii. Inauntru vor fi ceva scaune si o masuta unde se vor putea purta ceva discutii. Chiar acu mi-a venit ideea sa dau o fuga pe la muzeu sa fac rost de ceva armuri, sulite, sabii...pe care sa le spanzur pe peretii interiori ai butoiului

Apr 16 2008 >

Intrucat in perioada 29 martie - 7 aprilie s-a lucrat continuu la masina iar apoi s-a plecat direct in Germania, nu am mai avut timp pentru update-ul final asa ca il voi face acum. Masina a fost gata luni seara asa ca am ajuns la Sinsheim cu o zi intarziere si cu foarte putin inaintea orei limita de inscriere in concurs. Pentru rezultate cat mai precise s-au efectuat 2 jurizari pe partea de instalare si 2 pe partea de sunet iar apoi s-a facut media aritmetica. Jurizarea s-a facut la cea mai inalta categorie si anume "master". In urma celor 2 jurizari, Team Romania a iesit invingatoare ! Ca o mentiune suplimentara, am sfidat toate recomandarile Focal in ceea ce priveste incintele difuzoarelor, mergand pe propriile calcule, iar rezultatele au fost mult peste cele asteptate. Imediat dupa concurs, echipa tehnica Focal a fost trimisa sa asculte masina si sa ia notite intrucat este pentru prima oara cand o masina echipata cu mid-bass-ul si subwooferul din gama noua Utopia a sunat bine.
